Bella Vita Integrated Healing is in compliance with The No Surprises Act. The No Surprises Act protects patients from surprise medical bills when you can't control who is involved in your care, such as emergency services or getting treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center
During this 90 minute assessment your provider will take the time to get to know you! This additional time allows for a comprehensive overview of your mental health history and a full evaluation of your past and current mental and emotional states. This assessment will provide the practitioner with the necessary information to help you develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to your needs. Whether you have an extensive mental or physical health history or simply want more time with the provider, the 90-min new patient assessment is the perfect choice.
Adult New Psychiatric Assessment $600 (120 min)
We offer a 120-minute Adult Psychiatric Assessment for new patients. This comprehensive assessment provides an in-depth look into the patient’s mental health, emotional wellbeing, and lifestyle. We will review medical history, family history, physical exams, and mental health screenings. Our team of experienced professionals will be there to answer any questions and provide the best care possible. Let us help you on your journey to total wellbeing.
New Adolescent Psychiatric Assessment $500 (90 min) or $600 (120 min).
This assessment is designed to help understand the unique needs of adolescents. Adolescents require a 90 minute appointment so that we can evaluate their mental health concerns and formulate a plan that both the adolescent and parent or guardian are comfortable with, so the healing process can begin. However, sometimes adolescents require longer than 90 min., needing up to 2 hrs. Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment in which both parents or guardians and adolescents can receive the support they need.
A 35 to 45 minute appointment offers a unique combination of medication management and mind-body session to help you achieve balance in your life. During this session, our provider will use sound and technology to train you how to get out of fight or flight and engage your parasympathetic nervous system. This combination of medication and mind-body techniques will help you better manage stress and promote relaxation. With this service, you can find a healthier and more balanced state of being.
Experience the benefits of medication management. Our 30 minute session is specifically designed to evaluate how your psychiatric medications are working, and to determine if any changes need to be made. During this session, we will discuss your current medications, any side effects you may be experiencing, and any lifestyle changes that may be recommended. Let us help you find the best approach to managing your mental health.
This unique 60 minute session is aimed to help you cope with the emotional and physical stress of infertility. We have over 15 years of experience working in reproductive endocrinology, so we understand the unique challenges and stress associated with fertility treatment. We are dedicated to helping you create awareness, connection, and compassion for yourself as you navigate this difficult journey. Our supportive sessions will equip you with tools to help you cope better and increase your chances of success.
This 30 minute appointment is aimed to obtain a thorough examination of your hormones. We will perform a thorough medical assessment and discuss if hormone replacement or hormonal contraceptives is a safe and appropriate for you.

This 60-minute appointment is aimed to determine if adding ketamine to your care plan is appropriate. However, some patients require longer than 60 min, therefore we offer 90 min options. We will perform a thorough medical assessment and discuss the effects of ketamine to help you decide if this treatment is appropriate for you.

Neutraceutical Store
Nutraceuticals refers to any produce isolated from herbs or nutrients with therapeutic properties. Neutraceuticals and Vitamins are important to help us balance nutrients essential for optimal health. Nutraceuticals should be used in prevention as a proactive reverse approach tool to pre-clinical health condition. Over the Counter (OTC) supplements have FDA warnings due to low manufacturing standards which reduces safety & efficacy. OTC products are not regulated or tested, dosage may not meet label claim, may contain toxic or illegal ingredients. According to the NY Attorney General, 80% of supplements at 4 major retailers did not meet label claims or were mislabeled under federal regulations.

We have partnered with Headway and Hello Alma to provide patients with the option of using insurance for services rendered at Bella Vita. You have chosen to use your insurance benefits through Headway or Hello Alma. Headway and Hello Alma, are third-party billing platforms (and is independent entity from Bella Vita), who submit your insurance claims for services provided at Bella Vita Integrated Healing. All questions regarding insurance related payments and out-of-pocket expenses must be directed to Headway or Hello Alma.
The staff at Bella Vita Integrated Healing relies on Headway to complete a thorough evaluation of your coverage and benefits. Should there be any discrepancy in coverage, you, will be responsible for the FULL AMOUNT of the billed services. Therefore, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT ALL PATIENTS CONTACT THEIR OWN INSURANCE PROVIDER PERSONALLY, TO ENSURE THAT WE ARE IN-NETWORK UNDER HEADWAY or HELLO ALMA.
Please note that we are NOT in network with any Medicare or Medicaid plans, including AHCCCS.
If you have Medicare or AHCCCS, or any other insurance plan not listed above, and receive any services at Bella Vita Integrated Healing, it is possible that your insurance will reject payment or reimbursement for any service provided (including labs, imaging, testing, or medications). Any services not covered by your insurance is your responsibility to be paid in full. Failure to pay for services rendered, may result in delayed care or discharge from the practice.
